When you are experiencing dental pain or have a symptomatic tooth, timely treatment is essential. Our team is committed to providing clear financial information and helping you move forward with care as quickly as possible.
Payment Types Accepted
Payment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept:

- Discover
- Checks
- Cash
- CareCredit (Please see the CareCredit tab at the top of the page for additional information.)
If you have questions about payment options prior to your visit, our team is happy to assist you.
Insurance Information
Many of our patients have dental insurance, and our experienced team is trained to help you maximize your benefits.
- We provide estimated fee information during your first call to our office.
- Fees are due in full on the day of your visit.
- We can submit claims to most employer-based dental insurance plans.
- Any reimbursement from your insurance company will be sent directly to the subscriber.
- Our office does not participate in any insurance fee schedules or network plans. We are considered out of network with all insurance providers.
Please contact our office to confirm whether we can submit a claim to your specific insurance company.
Medicaid
We do not have any Medicaid providers in our office. While we see patients who have Medicaid benefits, we are unable to submit Medicaid claims on your behalf.
