Meet Jackie, Practice Manager

Jackie has been a valued member of the Endodontic Associates team since January 2000, when she began her career as a dental assistant. Her passion for patient care, strong leadership skills, and dedication to the practice have allowed her to grow alongside the organization over the years.

In 2018, Jackie transitioned into the role of Office Manager for our East Syracuse location, where she helped oversee the daily operations of the office while continuing to support both patients and team members. Her commitment and experience led to her promotion to Practice Manager in 2020, where she now works closely with all of our locations to ensure our offices run efficiently and continue providing the exceptional level of care our patients have come to expect.

Although stepping into a practice-wide leadership role came with new challenges, Jackie has found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience. She takes great pride in mentoring team members, improving office operations, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the impact that a dedicated team can have on creating outstanding patient experiences. Her warmth, dedication, and years of experience make her an invaluable part of the Endodontic Associates team.

Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and making lasting memories with her family. She also has a love for horses and enjoys spending time at the barn whenever she can. She's a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan—you can almost always find her cheering on the Bills every Sunday during football season. Go Bills!

Meet Deb-Office Manager in Liverpool 

Deb is the Office Manager of the Liverpool office and has been a valued member of the Endodontic Associates team for the past eight years. She began her career with the practice as a dental assistant and, through her dedication, strong work ethic, and passion for patient care, advanced into the role of Office Manager.

In her current position, Deb wears many hats. She oversees the daily operations of the front office, answers patient calls, coordinates scheduling, assists with insurance questions and processing, and leads the practice's marketing efforts. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience helps ensure that every patient feels welcomed and supported from their very first phone call.

Known for her kindness, reliability, and unwavering work ethic, Deb has built strong relationships with both the doctors and the clinical team. She is a trusted leader who is always willing to lend a helping hand, solve problems, and support her coworkers. Her positive attitude and genuine care for both patients and her team make her an invaluable part of Endodontic Associates.

Deb is the mother of three grown children and a Mimi to two wonderful grandchildren, and you will most likely find her outside of work with one or all of them. Originally from the New England area, Debbie is a loyal fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots and loves cheering them on throughout their seasons. Whether it’s baseball season or football season, you can find her proudly supporting her favorite teams!

Meet Debbie, Office Manager – Utica

Debbie joined Endodontic Associates in 2001 after making an exciting career change from hairstylist to dental assistant. Her passion for helping others, combined with her positive attitude and strong work ethic, quickly made her an invaluable member of the team.

After nearly two decades of experience in the clinical setting, Debbie was promoted to Office Manager of our Utica location in 2020. In her leadership role, she is dedicated to keeping the office running smoothly while creating a welcoming, efficient, and upbeat environment for both patients and staff. She takes pride in supporting her team and ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and years of experience make her an essential part of the Endodontic Associates family.

Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, and taking long walks with her beloved dog, Enzo. She is a sports fan and enjoys cheering on the New York Yankees as well as her local AHL hockey team, the Utica Comets. When she’s not watching a game, Debbie loves spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking for her family and coworkers!

Meet Bre, Office Manager – East Syracuse

Bre first joined Endodontic Associates in May 2008 as a dental assistant. During her three years with the practice, she developed a passion for patient care and built lasting relationships with both her coworkers and patients. Although she explored other career opportunities after leaving, she always knew Endodontic Associates felt like home.

In 2021, Bre returned to the practice, excited to rejoin the team she had missed. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to creating a positive experience for both patients and staff led to her promotion to Office Manager of our East Syracuse location in 2024.

As Office Manager, Bre enjoys mentoring new team members, helping them grow in their roles, and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment. She is passionate about ensuring the office runs efficiently while making every patient feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Her enthusiasm, leadership, and genuine care for others make her a valued member of the Endodontic Associates team.

Outside of work, Bre loves cheering on her children at their sporting events and spending quality time at home with her husband and family. She is also a huge hockey fan and enjoys spending time at the rink watching her sons play hockey. When she’s not cheering on her own players, you can find her proudly supporting the Detroit Red Wings and following along throughout the season. Go Wings!
